RESERVATIONS: We highly recommend either making a reservation for a play time or contacting us to hold a spot for you. We set each play session at a capacity so your children can play safely! Popping in doesn’t always guarantee a spot to play.

SOCKS: We are a shoeless facility. All people going past the reception area are required to remove their shoes and leave socks on. We recommend grippy socks!

WAIVER: Everyone needs a waiver if they’re going past our reception area. To save time, we ask to complete it prior to arrival. It can be found under our Waiver tab on our website. They’re good for one year from date of completion and do not need to be completed for every visit – unless you’re bringing a child that hasn’t visited before.
