What you need to know…
IMPORTANT: We are appointment based and only allow a certain amount of visitors so that it doesn’t get too overwhelming for anyone and so your littles can play safely.
Our play sessions must be booked online in advance. We only allow drop-ins if the play slot isn’t full. It’s best to call in advance to check availability if you’re dropping in. Please check our calendar for availaBILITY.
general info & rules
- We are an indoor play space for infants and toddlers (ages 0-6 only).
- All children must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver.
- Parents or caregivers are responsible for watching their children and must intervene if they aren’t playing nice or are being too rough.
- Socks required for adults & children (limited quantities are available for purchase on-site). We highly recommend grip socks for children.
- Shoes must be removed when entering play area – even adults (No bare feet – EWW!).
- A play waiver must be signed for each child before any play can commence. Adults sign for themselves and on behalf of their children.
- We are anti-bullying and will not tolerate it. Play nice, please!
- Any broken or dirty toys can be brought to the front desk or any staff. We have a bucket up front to drop them in.
- If you or your child are feeling cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your session. You can always text us to let us know!
- Absolutely NO food or drink can be taken outside of the break area or the reception area – not allowed in play areas
- 30 minutes are allotted after each session to allow for a thorough cleaning and disinfecting. The entire facility is deep cleaned and checked weekly for safety. All participants must exit promptly at the end of their session to allow for this.
- Please be kind and courteous to others. If you have any issues, please bring it to our attention at the front desk.
- There are age restrictions on most of our play equipment and toys since we are designed for 6 and under. Please be respectful and follow the age limit signs.
