Admission for a single child age 1-6 is $18.00. Siblings are just $5 each! **The Sibling Discount is for SIBLINGS ONLY**
Babies 6 months to 11 months (or not walking yet) are $12.00 (book as a “teeny” reservation).
3-HOUR PLAY

Admission for a single child is $22.00 for 3 hours of play. Siblings are just $10 each! **The Sibling Discount is for SIBLINGS ONLY**
You may arrive anytime within your play session window and do not need to stay the entire 3-hours. Come when you can and leave when you need to! These are meant to give you more flexibility. You can also leave and return within your play window!
2-HOUR PLAY
We occasionally offer 2-hour play sessions if we have availability in our schedule! These will vary, so check our calendar.

You may arrive anytime within your play session window and do not need to stay the entire 2-hours if you don’t need to, but can if you’d like. We are not strict on arrival times; however, you must exit one-time.

general information
Supervision Required: Adults are responsible for watching their children. You may not leave them unattended.
Shoeless Facility: Shoes must be removed to enter the play areas and socks are required for everyone. Grip socks required for children.
Waivers: A completed waiver is required for everyone going past the reception area (adults and children). Waivers are good for one year and a copy will be emailed to you once completed. Yes, even adults and infants are required to have a waiver.
Admission: Up to 2 adults are free per paying child. Additional adults may require an entrance fee of $5/each.
Infants: Infants who stay in a car seat or carrier are free with a paying sibling. If they begin crawling or playing, a paid admission is required. Under 6 months of age are FREE.
Arrival: There is no early entry. Please wait in the lobby until your session begins so staff can clean and reset. You may arrive anytime during your session, but all guests must exit at the scheduled end time for cleaning and organizing.
Drop-ins: Drop-ins are absolutely welcome if space allows. We recommend texting or calling before arriving to confirm availability. We do set a max capacity so that the children can play safely and everyone is comfortable.
Amenities: Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and WiFi are included with admission.
Food & Drinks: Outside food is allowed, but only in our break area with tables and chairs or in the lobby. Please be respectful and clean up after yourselves.
No food or drinks in any play areas – NO EXCEPTIONS! You are responsible for making sure your child is not walking around with food in hand.
Facilities: We offer a private nursery room for feeding and diaper changes, a restroom, toddler potty, and step stool.
Workspace: You’re welcome to come and work from your laptop or tablet using our complimentary WiFi, as long as you’re still able to keep an eye on your child.
cancellation policy
To receive a makeup credit, you must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your session.
Makeups must be used within 14 days of the original date. Please text or email us when you’d like to schedule your makeup.
If you need to MAKE A CORRECTION to a reservation, don’t cancel it and re-book another one since refunds are not permitted. Please just text or call so we can make the correction for you. You can always add another child or adult, if needed.
No-shows do not receive credits.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed or unscheduled sessions.
