We do require reservations so that we can keep each session at a certain capacity. 

If the play session is not full, then we will accept drop-ins, but it’s safest to make an appointment or call/text before showing up.

You can always reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are unable to make it.

Yes! We set a maximum per play session. This is to ensure that no one feels overwhelmed and to allow the children to play safely.

Our play space is designed for children ages 6 and under.

Children over the age of 6 are not allowed to play with the equipment or toys and are not allowed on the structures.

Up to 2 adults are free per playing child. Any additional adults will be charged an entry fee of $5.00 each.

We do allow outside food and drinks; however, we do ask that you keep them in the break area or reception area only. No food or drinks are allowed in the play spaces so we can keep it as clean and safe as possible.

Yes! NO shoes are allowed passed the reception area. All adults and children MUST remove their shoes and leave their socks on. We prefer grip socks for children and adults can have regular socks.

We do have a limited number of adult and child socks for purchase at the front desk, should you forget.

The only exceptions would be for medical reasons only or for the elderly that are unable to remove their shoes. In these cases, we have shoe covers that can be placed over their shoes and can provide assistance, if needed.

YES! We LOVE parties! Check our website for all of our party information or feel free to give us a call.

We do offer free WiFi and there is an area with tables that look over our rear play space. You’re welcome to bring a laptop and get some work done, as long as you keep an eye on your little one as well.

We are not a drop off to play location or a daycare. A parent/guardian is required to stay with the child(ren) and watch them.

We do offer a sibling discount for $5 (each sibling)

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

If you do need to cancel your play session, you will be credited one as long as you cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.

There are no refunds for parties.
